Rich plantation owner Mr Cameron came to Slate Shannon for help. His daughter Kathy was involved with a man named Norton whom had the gambling boat on the bay called the Blue Moon. Norton had some strange hold over his daughter and Cameron wanted Shannon to discover what it was.
