Terry Cassidy is the tough, hard-hitting managing editor of the River City News, and he's in his office when Joyce Tyler - his top reporter gets back from an assignment, chasing all over town trying to find an escaped convict who has been running loose for twelve hours. They didn't manage to catch the man in the striped suit, but they did manage to catch a glimpse of a man in his birthday suit! Coming back through Fairview Park, Joyce spotted a man running down the hill, wearing nothing but vine leaves! It turns out to be J B Philmore, the well-known banker and candidate for Mayor. But why on earth was he running around dressed only in vine leaves!?!
