Detective Sergeant Joe Friday is assigned to homicide detail. A twenty-five year old man is found hiding in a freight car in a deserted train yard. In his arms he holds the body of a dead woman. The victim’s identity is unknown and the suspect refuses to talk. It’s Friday’s job to investigate.
