At the carnival Danny King known as the human seal is the diving wonder of the world who performs the amazing feat of diving from 75 feet high in to a canvas pool 6 feet deep. Gang leader Mike Hogan tracks down Danny for the $10,000 he owes him and gives him a week to pay up telling him to get the money from his rich uncle Harvey. However, Danny’s uncle has thrown him out for stealing from him before but he fears that if he doesn’t get the money he will be killed.
