It's early evening as we enter the small house, halfway up the next block and in the living room we find Mr Victor Gook and his son Mr Rush Gook. Vic is established in his easy chair with the newspaper, while Rush contortionistically on the Davenport reads a volume of fiction. Vic is interested in the book he's reading, but Rush doesn't want to hand it over because he knows he won't get it back for an hour!
