Johnny Dollar received a call from Insurance underwriters who had written a lot of insurance for an independent contractor in San Francisco to a man named Arnold Bennett and last night his latest project went up in smoke, an office building he completed a month ago. There are five companies involved at $100,000 a piece. The arson inspector at National Fire Underwriters in San Francisco thought the fire looked phoney.
