There has been a spate of car robberies recently and none of them have been recovered. When Nick Carter’s reporter friend Scubby Wilson’s car is stolen a young man named Danny who was a member of Nick’s Downtown Boys Club is arrested for the crime. Nick refuses to give up on young Danny and is sure an unruthless adult had forced that Danny in to stealing cars for him.
