Tower Rock sure was spruced up with flags on every building and bid banners stretched all the way across the main street, “Franklyn County Fair”, that’s what it said, “Prizes, Rodeo, Free barbeque, Saturday August 20th, come one, come all”. Brit Ponsett had come to town early to be sure of getting a room.
