21st Precinct is a factual account of the way police work in the worlds greatest city, New York. 

A four year old girl has gone missing from the laundrette while her mother was doing the washing. She has disappeared without a trace. When a child is reported missing a case is treated as a high priority emergency. Fifty police officers are searching all the buildings in the vicinity and cruising the streets for any sign of her.
