Mary has volunteered Boston Blackie to perform in a benefit performance of the Mikado but he has feeling he’s going to regret it, but not for the reason he does. Three friends working on the opening of the theatre are playing cards during a break when 2 of them discover that the other Richard Nolton has been cheating them out of money for the last 2 years by cheating at cards. Shocked that a lifelong friend could do that they plan their revenge.
