Situation comedy in which Fanny Brice stars as the bane of the Higgins household in Sycamore Terrace. The shows revolve around the Snooks character creating vignettes through which the comedic potential of the Snooks character could be fully exploited. Snooks specialized in making minor mishaps into major catastrophes and small parental disagreements into all out war. Whether it was “Mommy” Higgins burnt toast, “Daddy” Higgin’s old paramours or lipstick on his collar, one thing was for sure – Snooks would end up in the middle of it somehow.
