Cavalcade of America brings you a story of a young American who is fighting this war in the frontline hospitals and dressing stations in Italy. It is the story of an army nurse, lieutenant Anne Norris (no relation!). But in a larger measure it is the story of the thousands of skilled, selfless, sacrificing women who have been recruited for the armed forces for the Red Cross and who have gone in to the unceasing battle against pain and death in all the war theatres in which our men are engaged.
