Bill Nelson is mighty sore, after the owner of the local store told his father that he'd tried to get credit at the store, when he was supposed to be buying a new pen for his schoolwork. Instead he'd used the money from his father to take his girlfriend out on a date. Unfortunately, the time that Bill decides to exact his revenge, by throwing a brick through the window, is the exact time that the store goes up in flames - and nobody believes that it wasn't him who tried to burn down the store...
