Appointment For Love stars Olivia De Havilland as Jane Alexander a doctor and Paul Lucas as Andre a famous playwright. When Dr Alexander falls asleep during his play Andre thinks she has fainted and cannot believe that she could possibly fall asleep during his love play. When she is quite frank with him about his story he is eager for her opinions but it is more than that Andre has found himself fallen for the Doctor but her career puts a few rocks on the road to romance.
