Angel Pavement was adapted for the NBC Theater from the novel by English Author J.B. Priestley published in 1930. J.B. Priestley was born in the north of England in 1894 and began to write while at Cambridge University. The story presents a close view of the lives and loves, hopes and habits of an assorted group of mostly middleclass Londoners who worked in a business office on Angel Pavement.
