Tonight, Mr. Scott, the sponsor, is having a big formal party at his home in honor of the Harris's. Although it is still early in the afternoon, Phil and Alice are busy preparing for it. Phil doesn't like having to dress all formal in a tuxedo and is very suspicious of his boss, Mr Scott being so nice and throwing this party for them. Alice gets a new dress for the party and puts it away in her closet ready to wear it later as a surprise to impress Phil. However, while Alice is at the beauty parlor Phil goes and gives the dress to Elliott for his girlfriend to wear!
