Vivian and Phillip have been married for 3 months and now she is leaving him for another man. Things become heated as Phillip tries to convince her to stay but she is laughing at him. He pulls a gun and threatens her, "If I can't have you, no-one else will" and shoots her. Roger, Vivian's brother, who was in another room, hears the shot and runs out. He does not want Phillip to be prosecuted for the murder so he plans to get rid of the body and the gun. Will they get away with it?
