This 1953, 20th anniversary edition of "The Don McNeill Breakfast Club" was broadcast live from the terrace casino of the New Morrison Hotel Chicago where it had moved to just one year earlier in 1952. This recording of probably the most successful morning radio show ever is packed full of a variety of entertainment recalling the very first show from June 23 all those years ago. We hear interviews with 20 young people who were actually born during the very first "Breakfast Club" broadcast and who are, of course all celebrating their 20th birthdays. There is music from Peggy Taylor and laughs aplenty from the usual cast in this hour long and delightfully (and rightly) nostalgic episode.
