Miss Rouletta Pound is approached by Louie Lapeer a professional road accident victim to act as witness in exchange for half the compensation money he will receive after he jumps out in front of a senator’s car. Then when he is killed and the car fails to stop Miss Rouletta Pound sees a more lucrative opportunity in blackmailing the senator for failing to stop at an accident.
