At Agent K7's headquarters, Special Agent Z has been requested to report for a new assignment. It's an unusual one... He is to accompany a high-ranking official on a secret mission to the Far East. Adjoining cabins have been reserved aboard the Empress of the East, and a separate state room has been provided for Miss Norwood. They will sail tonight, and Agent Z's sole duty is to ensure that the official arrives safely. Agent Z must report back to Agent K7 by ship to shore telephone if anything unusual occurs...
