Colonies have assumed a new importance in the world of today for many nations depend on their colonial empires for raw materials. Recently residents of one nations colonies have been leaving for their homeland because of fears of an uprising. Authorities investigated and found these fears well grounded. Enemy aliens were found to be concentrated in several cities and preparing to strike while the mother country was otherwise engaged.
