The casinos on Mars are so popular with the tourists that they entertain the tourists with fireworks each night. However for the local scientists this is causing a problem as their observatory is so placed that the fireworks are causing defects on their photographic plates, which cost $1000 each! When all else fails to stop the fireworks they decide to fight fire with fire.
