At the home of young fireman Tim Collins Chief Cody is spending the evening as a guest. Tim’s young brother and sister have been working on a set of house plans for Trudy’s class in home economics and as soon as Chief Cody glanced at Jimmy’s drawings he recognized them as an old-fashioned railroad flat kind of construction which was a potential fire safety hazard.
