In nine hours Leo Gorman will be executed for shooting dead a police officer. Leo has every faith that somehow or another his older brother George Gorman will save him from being hanged. George hijacks a truck carrying radio active waste and threaten to dump the radioactive waste in a public place where thousands of people will be affected by it unless the police release his brother.
